One shots, melodies, drones, pads and textures, all made in collaboration with saxophonist Alex Farrar. Each sound was made with a Hulusi processed using analog and digital effects for a modern sound. The Hulusi is a Chinese drone flute, capable of playing 3 notes at once and has a timbre and character that is dangerously enchanting.

Huge swirling reverbs, aggressive distortions, and unmistakably organic textures, this pack is well suited for IDM, ambient, psychedelic, dance, and experimental music. These samples are ready to drop into a track, but they shine brightest when sequenced, chopped, repitched, altered, mangled and otherwise destroyed.
